1. Order Cancellation

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be eligible for cancellation.

If you have placed an order by mistake or selected the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to process your cancellation request before the order is shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled through this cancellation policy.

2. Returns

Before returning any product, you must contact DEFTUN Customer Service and receive return instructions.

Please do not send any product back without prior authorization from DEFTUN.

A description of the problem
Photos or videos demonstrating the issue, if applicable

After evaluation, DEFTUN may provide an appropriate solution, which may include technical support, replacement parts, product replacement, or another suitable resolution depending on the specific circumstances.

4. Items Not Covered

Products are not eligible for return or product support for issues resulting from:

Physical or accidental damage
Improper use or operation
Use outside the product's intended purpose
Incorrect installation or connection
Unauthorized modification or alteration
Disassembly or opening of the product
Damage caused by external equipment or accessories
Normal wear and tear
Failure to follow the product instructions or technical requirements

If a product has been opened, disassembled, modified, or damaged through improper use, DEFTUN reserves the right to refuse a return, replacement, or other service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Refunds

If an order is successfully canceled before shipment, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation and refund requests are subject to the applicable conditions described in this policy.

Where a refund is approved, the processing time may vary depending on the original payment method and financial institution.

DEFTUN is not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card companies, payment processors, or other financial institutions.
