Average delivery time: approximately 12–14 days

For international shipments, the average delivery time is approximately 12–14 days.

If a significant warehouse congestion event is expected to affect your shipment, DEFTUN may contact you by email with an update regarding the shipping status and estimated delay.

3. Customs Clearance and Optimized Shipping Routes

For certain international orders, we may select a specific customs clearance or logistics route designed to help customers reduce or avoid unnecessary customs-related costs where legally and operationally possible.

Such shipping arrangements may require additional processing time.

In these circumstances, delivery may take approximately 2–3 additional days compared with standard shipping.

The actual processing time depends on the destination country and local customs and logistics conditions.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges depending on the destination country's regulations.

Where applicable, these charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs clearance procedures may also affect the final delivery time.

DEFTUN cannot guarantee that a shipment will be free from customs duties, taxes, inspections, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will generally be provided to you by email.

Please use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

In some cases, tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been handed over to the logistics provider.

International shipments may also have limited tracking updates while the package is in transit between countries or during customs processing.
